* Follow up on shipments delivery & ensure timely arrival of goods ordered

* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
* To assists superior for daily task on accounting record
* Computer-literate, good PR and leadership skills preferred
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedure and accounting software
* MS Office (in particular Excel and Word)
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
