Key Responsibilities
– Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
– Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations (LHDN, SST, etc.)
– Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants for annual audit and tax filing
– Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
– Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
– Supervise and guide accounting team members in daily operations
– Handle payroll review and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
