  1. Providing office support with a  variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
  2. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate sections, mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties.
  3. Key-in patients’ data and tests requested in Lab Information System and FOMEMA system.
  4. Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate department.
  5. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (e.g. citylink).
  6. Arrange dispatch boy to collect samples from respective clinics.
  7. Transmits FOMEMA’s reports into FOMEMA’s system.
  8. Keep on monitoring of FOMEMA’s turnaround time.   
  9. Arranges and filing all related forms (e.g Pathology Request Form) systematically.
  10. Sorting reports accordingly.
