Responsibilities:

• Understand disposable medical devices trends, category dynamics, and competitive landscape to build product range for brand.
• Champion product development from concept, sourcing to launch, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage partners and suppliers to bring products to life which includes Negotiate costings, lead times, and supply agreements to deliver both efficiency and innovation.
• Develop Go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design packaging, POS materials, and product catalogues for current and new NPDs.
• Build sales enablement tools including training kits and hospital pitch decks for range of disposable medical devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or innovation roles (Medical devices or personal care).
• Demonstrated success in new product development (NPD), brand innovation, or portfolio expansion.
• Strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills which encourage 2-way discussions.
• Willing to travel.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
