Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
Take charge of all equipment calibration.
Verify return of goods for defects.
Incoming inspection for all raw materials & WIPs from sub-contractors.
Conduct testing for recycled material.
Daily data entry into computer system.
Maintain ISO documentation requirements.
Up keeping of proper filing systems.
Ensure all inspection report is correct & complete.
Gather reports from related departments for data analysis and follow up for any inconsistency
Assist QC Manager on day to day & case to case basis.
Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Min 1 year experience in related field.
Min SPM leaver, Diploma in any related field.
QC knowledge.
Able to read & understand technical drawing and specification.
Able to use technical & measurement tools.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00pm to 1.00pm
