Job Description / Responsibilities: – Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs – Develop sales strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth – Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team – Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback – Build and maintain strong client relationships – Work on weekends and public holidays as required
Requirements / Qualifications: – Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role – Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay – Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills – Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented personality – Able to work on weekends and public holidays
