Provides technical expertise in the provision of project services (e.g. scope, estimated/actual cost, budgets, changes and forecasting), subject matter expert sound technical advice, coaching and executes tasks related to the development of original budgets, maintenance of the control budget, tracking commitments, estimation of accruals, monitoring the impact of changes and identification of trends and corrective/ preventative actions to influence on-budget delivery of the project’s objectives.Key AccountabilitiesAccountable for providing sound technical advice and coaching to the Portfolio Managers and Project Leads and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.Collaborates with Project Functions to ensure PC&A inputs, requirements and deliverables are included and adhered to in all contracts.Onboards, mentors and coaches as a subject matter expert.System Super-user/ Administrator and also trainer.Defines project objectives/schedules, identifies critical activities, monitors the project plan/schedule and drives continuous improvement initiatives across projects at BHP.
