Responsibilities: Application Target State Determination & Roadmapping: Determine whether to Retain, Replace, or Retire applications in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, and translate these decisions into actionable roadmaps and project plans. Change Management & Transition Planning: Develop and implement change management strategies and detailed transition plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies with minimal operational disruption. Coordinate communication, stakeholder readiness, and cutover activities as part of overall project delivery.Stakeholder Engagement, Governance & Cross Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, prioritize, and validate requirements, and foster collaboration between IT and other departments. Establish regular governance routines (e.g. steering meetings, status reviews) to ensure alignment with business goals and transparent decision making.IT Risk Management, Security & Issue Resolution: Coordinate IT risk management activities and collaborate on vulnerability and penetration testing remediation plans to safeguard the organization’s security posture. Proactively identify, log, track, and manage project/workstream risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.Application Documentation & Compliance Evaluation: Assess current application documentation to identify gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory, architectural, and organizational standards.Original Job Posting
