They are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who can turn brand strategy into content that engages, educates, and converts.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and performance. You will plan, create, and optimize content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Shopee/Lazada).
Responsibilities:
Plan monthly content calendars for both brands aligned with campaigns, launches, and retail promotions (e.g. Watsons activations)
Translate marketing objectives into clear content angles, hooks, and formats
Develop content pillars for company’s products.
Manage postings across platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS
Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with audience
Stay updated on trends and adapt them to brand context
