The Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead is responsible for the leadership, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of Talent and Learning services delivered through the Convatec Business Services (CBS) organization.

The Tower Lead partners closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Solutions teams and external vendors to optimize service delivery, drive process standardization, and support enterprise talent development objectives.

The role is accountable for service performance, stakeholder satisfaction, operational governance, process improvement, compliance, technology adoption, and delivery transformation.
