JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Business Development Support
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, company profiles and tender documents.
Support business development activities including client follow-ups and vendor registration.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations and reports.
Conduct research on potential clients and business opportunities.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and site visits with clients.
Assist in maintaining customer and project databases.
Administrative Support
Manage filing, documentation and data entry tasks.
Assist in preparing official letters, emails and internal reports.
Coordinate with operations, HR and finance departments when required.
Monitor deadlines for submissions, tenders and documentation.
Handle general office administrative duties and support daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen.
Open exclusively to fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong interest in marketing, business development and administration.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
