We are looking for a creative, hands-on Senior Content Creator / Short Video Producer to drive our brand’s short-video content strategy on TikTok, Facebook/Instagram Reels. You will work closely with our existing livestream host and marketing team to build brand trust, showcase our products through high-quality visual storytelling, and drive traffic to our sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write scripts, film, and edit high-quality short videos tailored for TikTok, Facebook/Instagram Reels.
• Plan and execute product demonstration, stress-testing, and lifestyle scenario videos highlighting product durability and technical features.
• Repurpose livestream highlights into engaging short clips for pre-live announcements and product highlights.
• Work closely with internal livestream hosts and team members to direct on-camera presentation and video flow.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand visual identity (lighting, color grading, framing, and aesthetics).
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and performance metrics to continually optimize video performance (hooks, watch time, and conversion).

About you

• 2-4 years of experience as a Video Producer, Content Creator, or Videographer with a strong focus on short-form video.
• Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro and etc).
• Hands-on experience with lighting, audio recording, and camera setup.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels content trends, viral hooks, and platform algorithms.
• Strong visual sense with attention to brand aesthetics and product detail.
• Experience collaborating with livestream hosts, influencers, or talent is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin fluency is a strong plus).
